  13. TIP 475 FAILS TO PASS - 1-2, with four abstentions

  15. With the exception of Ferrieux, the general sentiment on TIP 475
  16. appears to be that the script-level API is reasonable, while the
  17. C API and bytecode implementation remain immature. Don
  18. Porter in particular proposes an alternative implementation,
  19. and I urge him to submit a competing TIP when he considers
  20. his alternative ready for consideration.

  22. There is a higher-than-usual chance that I've missed ballots,
  23. because delivery of messages through the SourceForge mailing
  24. lists has been horribly unreliable lately. (In particular, I had
  25. not seen Don's counterproposal, or else I would not have
  26. called the premature vote on TIP 475.) If any TCT member
  27. has a missing ballot, please inform me and I wlll amend
  28. the tallies.
