A message just dropped in my mailbox

Hi,

I'm interested in working on you project.  I am
a rising junior in the eecs department at MIT.

I have taken a software development class in java and I have
completed projects related to OOP, network programming,
sockets, GUI development, MVC, visitor design pattern,
multithreading, and various java APIs.  I have also
completed many programming related projects in my other eecs
classes.  I am familiar with Java, C++, Python, Javascript,
HTML/CSS, Ruby, Scheme, matlab.

Last summer I worked on the Tabulator, a web based interface
for browsing the semantic web.  My coding was done in
HTML/CSS and Javascript.

I am not as strong in C++ as I am in Java and my other
languages, but I have always wanted to find a good project
from which I can pick up C++.  I am interested in operating
systems and I will be taking some OS related classes next
term.  I have run variants of UNIX for school and for my
previous jobs and am familiar with most UNIX commands.
